Domain Management

The domain is the website address. It also forms part of any email address. For example the domain of this website is www.threethings.co.uk and emails to me are done on nat@threethings.co.uk. Domains are registered for a small fee with an accredited registrar, who makes sure traffic is directed to your website correctly. I can manage the whole process of domain management for you if required. Again this is something of a loss leader for me and I’ll charge you the fee I pay for the domain plus a tiny handling charge. I do this, like hosting, because many clients arrive to me wanting ‘the complete package’. If you have previously registered a domain or multiple domains, I can usually work with these, provided you have the login details to the account you used to register them and they are registered in your name. When dealing with domains, please remember that after registration or adjustment the new details take up to 48 hours to fully propogate and until then websites and emails may produce some strange results. I will warn you of this in all cases.
