Content Transfer

Many people already have a website and just need it ‘revamping’. This is a good way to work because the content already exists and provides a nice platform on which to base the new, awesome, website. Within reason I will transfer content as part of the new website creation process. For example if we have agreed to a 10 page site I will transfer 10 pages of content from within 10 or more pages from the old site. This can then be tweaked by the client to be as up to date as possible With content transfer I try to be as smart as possible and usually make good decisions. However, as I often do not know the business I am designing for very well the final editorial rights, responsibilities and checking must lie with the client.
